WoodenDollars collects the minimum data necessary to operate the platform. This includes your name, email address, account balances, and transaction history within the platform. All data is held within your organisation's tenant and is not shared with other tenants.
Your data is used solely to operate the WoodenDollars service: authenticating your identity, processing transfers, maintaining account balances, and providing audit logs to your organisation's administrators. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Transaction records and audit logs are retained for as long as your organisation's account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and compliance obligations. Profile data is removed upon request following account closure.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in plain text. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access is strictly controlled through role-based permissions and tenant isolation.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Please contact your organisation's administrator or reach us via the contact page to make a request.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
